Rurichiyo Kasumiōji is the leader of the Kasumiōji Clan, as well as a central figure in the Kasumiōji Conspiracy.
Along with her bodyguards Kenryū and Enryū, Rurichiyo arrives in Karakura Town via a Senkaimon.
